**Marijuana Work Session – 4/23/18**
The City Council will hold a WORK SESSION and PUBLIC HEARING on City Marijuana Regulations (Ordinance No. 6070, as Amended) on Monday, April 23, 2018, at 5 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City Hall, 800 Cushman Street. The Public Hearing will be divided into three primary topics:
- Number of retail marijuana stores,
- Marijuana cultivation facility buffer zones, and
- Onsite consumption of marijuana.
Persons wishing to speak to the Council about one or more of the above topics must complete a sign-up sheet(s) prior to speaking. Sign-ups will close at 5:15 p.m., and only those who have signed in will be allowed to speak. A person may not sign up for another individual. If time permits, there may be an open public comment period near the end of the Work Session.
