When to call 911
- Do you think you could be having a medical emergency?
- Do you see smoke/a fire?
- Do you think you smell smoke or fumes in your home?
- All dispatches must go through 911. We are not permitted to send an apparatus out without it going through dispatch

When to call the non-emergent dispatch line
- If you are planning on burning anything (bonfire, brush, etc) you must get a burn permit through the department of natural resources and call dispatch to let them know you are burning
- If you are a business, and dispatch monitors your fire alarms, you must go through them for any issues
